TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GREENHOUSE GLASS:

• Water heater: Made of 3mm thick European steel sheet with special enamel coating for
very long service life
• Mantle: Made of 1.5 mm thick European steel sheet
• Insulation: high density expanded polyurethane (44 kgr / m3) 60 mm thick.
• Thermal conductivity of insulation: 0.0180 W / mK.
• Anodic protection rod
• Outer casing: in three types depending on your needs (stainless steel - white ral 9002 - tile).
• Side lids: specially designed and shaped pressed-button lids, without auxiliary rivet retention.
• Electrical resistance: power according to the regulations of the country of destination with a thermostat of monopolar control and bipolar protection.
• Receptacle for the thermostat stem.

WHAT IS ENVELOPE

Enamelling is the special glass surface created by melting and joining the enamel onto a steel surface.
The enamel - which is a mixture of inorganic silicates - is completely healthy and ecological, since it does not contain dangerous chemicals, it is water soluble and is baked at high temperatures (> 850 ° C).
Its application gives excellent corrosion protection and resistance to sudden changes in temperature (thermosock) and gives the most economical solution for protection in boilers and electric cookers.

• Crystal: safety tempered high permeability 4 mm with E.PDM rubber for complete
waterproofing
• Back insulation: stone wool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Lateral insulation: stone wool (d = 50kg / m3)
• Absorber: copper single surface full plate 0.2 mm, selective paint with high technology
laser
• Absorber piping: copper pipes Ø 0.8 mm & Ø 22 mm
